I decided one of my resolutions next year would be to start saving to fund my first trip to the UK. I know a friend of mine who went to the UK on a first class ticket went for $15,000. Luckily, her mother paid for the ticket. If only I had that kind of money to spend. I just know that I would get my money’s worth by spending several weeks out there.
I do know I need to get a US Passport. I have traveled to Mexico but that was before a passport was required.
In the meantime, I am currently on leave of absence from work so I unable to start saving for anything. My back is giving me problems and it’s making it hard for me to work right now. Working on getting disability insurance so I’m hoping that goes through quickly.
